Condolence & Memory Journal

It's been a very long time since I last saw Edith but I can still hear her voice and feel her genuine enthusiam in all that she did. I'll always remember our trip to the shore and visits to Edith and Lou's home when we were in Pennsylvania. Edith was always warm and welcoming. My deepest condolences to Lou and the entire Marrella family. Edith - you will always be missed. love, Flower Miller

I have so many memories of the Marrellas when I was growing up, Edith and Lou and Jeff and Greg lived a couple houses down. We spent countless hours together in the 60's and 70's. I remember block parties with the Millers and Marrellas and Brewers! One of my favorite times was a road trip that Edith, my mom and I took to Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. I spent so much time at their house,
at their dinner table, and in their back yard hanging with Jeff . Edith was a wonderful woman. My deepest condolences to all, especially Lou, Jeff, and Greg.
With love and great sadness,

My memories of Edith (and Lou and all the Marrellas) goes back about 60 years, from the time they moved to Prospect Road in Springfield. The Marrellas and the Millers were always in each other's houses and in each other's lives. What a wonderful time we all had over the years, with holidays and vacations and just everyday life! I am so thankful for the memories, having fun, and being there for each other. Lots of love and thanks to Lou, Jeff, Greg, and all the grandchildren and great grandchildren.

I can't tell you how much that i am going to miss Edith. I love both Edith and Lou. I have missed them so much since they left Buttonwood. They always came to visit after dinner and joined our circle of friends on our back deck. I felt that not only were they friends but more like a relative. I have great memories of them. God bless her loving family that didn't talk about what they did for their mother and father ....they showed them the love and respect that everyone should their love one. She will always be in my heart. i loved her and still do very much. Missing you already...

I'm very sad to hear about Edith's passing. It's been nearly 20 years since I've been back to Pennsylvania, but I have very fond memories of visiting Edith and Lou every Christmas growing up. I'm so sorry for your loss, Lou, Greg, and Jeff. Edith is in my thoughts. With love, Amy Miller

To... Lou , Jeff and Greg and their families
From .The Millers : Randy ,Chitte, Flower and Amy
Having known Edith since she and Lou moved to Springfield over 60 years ago her loss is like the loss of a family member. My mom and Edith were close enough to share vacations after my dad passed on and my wife and daughters enjoyed her and Lou here in San Francisco when they visited. She will always be on our thoughts and prayers as all our loved ones are. Our deepest sympathies go out to Lou , his sons ,Greg and Jeff, in this most difficult of times. .........Randy
