My condolences to the LaFrance family at this difficult time. I first met Jim while unloading freight on a hot and steamy summer morning as a new employee at FEDEX. Jim introduced himself to me as the station manager and proceeded to out work everyone, all while wearing a 3 piece business suit. True leaders lead by example. That moment has stayed with me for nearly 30 years. Jim was a fair, honest and hard working man. He will be surely missed by all. My prayers to the LaFrance family.

Hard to put words together for this wonderful human.Always there for anyone that needed help...FedEx never knew the true devotion of this leader, one of the most intelligent people I have known.Classy, professional and a tremendous advocate for equality in the work place.. I feel thankful to have known Jimmy he made a difference in my life.
