May the God of all comfort give you needed strength to help you to cope.

Debbie, Pat and I want to extend our sympathy to you and your family. It has been a few years since we have seen you and Joe but we remember how kind he always was anytime we happened to run into each other. He was always quick with a smile, a kind word and genuine concern for our well being. This world is a little dimmer with his passing but we are sure he is a bright light in heaven. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you in the upcoming months as you adjust to life without Joe. We are sure though that as in life he will continue to watch over all of you and protect you from heaven. Love Pat and Jean Murphy

A great friend who was always willing to help anyone. Joe and Ob are already playing a round of golf with Joe telling Michael "how to" golf. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love Mary Beth

Our hearts are so sadden to hear of Joe's passing. He was a wonderful man whom love life, his family, friends, and always showed great leadership in our condo association (Long Beach NW). Joe was a get it done kind of guy not only to our condo association, but to anyone in need! He will be truly missed! Our prayers for God's love, peace, comfort, & grace to be bestowed on the Small Family in this time of bereavement.

Matt 5:4 "Blessed our those whom morn for they shall be comforted" Our comfort comes by knowing that in Christ Jesus, to be absent from the body is to be present with our Lord and one glorious day, we will be reunited with our loved one's whom when home before us. Amen!

Peace & love to the family. Amen!

So shocked to hear about Joe's passing. We've lost a really good guy. He'll always be in my kids heart as being one of the best swim coaches they ever had. He taught them some of the best aspects of being a team player. May you find comfort in knowing that your husband and dad touched so many. He was a one in a million. Thank you for sharing him with all of us. Tom, Kathy, Julie & Dan Callos
