Billy was my brother and my friend. He was my Sancho Panza to my Don Quixote. I will love him and miss him forever. Love, Steve

My brother Billy was always special to me. Over the years we had many interesting conversations. He had a great sense of humor, saying the absolutely right thing, with a little sly smile.I will miss him always and forever.I will miss seeing him for our many lunches, dinners, and parties. He was the first and biggest fan of my cooking. Love you Billy,

What I loved most about Billy was that when you directly engaged him a big smile would envelope his face. He loved to talk to people. And if he had an audience he would become animated and his smile even brighter. His laugh was loud, infectious, and always full of joy. This is what I will miss most about my brother Billy.

I will miss you and love you always. You hold a special place in my heart. You always made me laugh. No one loved my cooking as much as you did. I loved your sense of humor, so unexpected and right on the money every time. We will miss seeing you for our special lunches. Love you brother, always and forever.

I will always remember Uncle Billy asking me if I wanted "Rabbit Stew" which I don't think he actually ever had. He helped me me with my math when I was little and whenever he came to my house he would tell my dogs they had "Italian taste". He was right they sure did like a handout of Italian food. He loved dogs and often gave them treats off his plate. He had a good sense of humor and would give a little smirk when he came out with an unexpected answer to a question. I will miss you, Uncle Billy. So glad Jess, Mary and I got to see you last month and you enjoyed your butterscotch krimpet. Love, Peggy
