I was the 7 "oar" in the seat directly behind Bill on Msg'r Bonner H.S.'s crew team. We won many races together and shared many happy times. His constant smile is how I remember him. I have not seen Bill in many years but communicated on Email frequently. I know he will be missed and I am saddened with his passing.

I was the 5 oar behind stroke Bill at Bonner/ Premdie and Columbia. We recently reconnected via FaceTime and I looked forward to getting together again, not to be. Sorry I can't make the service. Keep the stroke up Bill!

Big Bill was my Uncle....... although we lived in Texas when we had the opportunity to be around him, it was like we were living next door. He treated us the same, joking, laughing and including us in everything. His personality was as big as he was..... I loved him dearly and he made the World a better place by just being himself. He created a beautiful family and proud that I am apart of it.... A life well lived!!!!
All my Love, Margie Connolly

My My heartfelt sympathy to the entire flick family. I knew Bill many many years ago. In fact I taught Peter and Paul at archbishop Carroll I did not know Bills dad but in my mind the younger bill was really like the patriarch Chris and Gerry are my friends and I am sure they are saddened with this loss. He now has his Eternal reward and he so deserves. He will have all the answers now Im sure hell be helping the family that he love so much God rest his soul.
