Vince was a joy to work with and I will miss sending him my recordings of Radnor Memorial Library events. He cared about the Library and valued our content. Such a good man, gone too soon. Vince did so much for Radnor Township/MLTV and I am a better person for having known and worked with him to make our community a better place. RIP dear Vince. Pam Sedor, RML librarian.

As a 'lil kid, Vinny was a sponge, absorbing ken, digesting it, and then "plating it!" A raw talent he honed to perfection. We ran out to the yard to SEE the man on the moon(1st man flight). His intellect, energized by his insatiable
curiousity, was formidable;at times the perfect comic relief or stern firmness;talented, creative, loving... Vince made his mark on Earth, for sure and now? He will always be fondly remembered.

Every time we heard the name Vince, a big smile is on everyone's face because that's who he was. He made everyone feel special, welcome, and included. He will be very missed, but he will always be with us as you think of him and you smile, your heart is filled with love and gratitude that you had the privilege of knowing him. Rose, Checka, Tina, you above all will miss him, but know that you are never alone as he left many around you who are there for you, all you have to do is ask, call, or just show up whenever you feel you need to fill the void. True it will never be filled permanently, but it will lift you up to continue with your day. Our most sincere condolences, thoughts, and prayers to all of you. Lots of love, hugs, and kisses.

"Mr. Chelli" as we fondly called him, was the best teacher I had at POLYTECH as a Mass Communications student. He was truly passionate about his knowledge of the media industry and made sure he instilled that same discipline to us. A true inspiration. I missed him when he advanced from POLYTECH and I miss him now. This is heartbreaking to learn of his passing. I pray he is in peace in his next life. May God keep and bless his family and loved ones with the comfort of His Love. May Mr. Chelli's memories of joy and bright moments continue in your hearts.
Warmly with Love

I recently got to know Vince at MLTV21. He was kind, highly intelligent, and most importantly passionate about his work, progress, and achievements at the studio (including new sets and shows of which he was proud). I am thankful and grateful to have been inspired by him and to have known him even for such a short time. God bless you, kind sir!
