MANN

Robert F. Mann, 82 passed away May 31st, 2021 surrounded by his children.

Born in Chester, PA he was a life-long resident of Wallingford, PA. He graduated from Chester High School, class of 1956 and worked for Scott Paper in pulp prep/resin plant department for 40 years before his retirement. He was a veteran of the US Army. He was a volunteer firefighter and helped launch Garden City's Fire Prevention Program. He was a life-long member for 56 years. He was a member of the over 50 club in Ridley Park, PA. He loved to travel with his friends and family. He also loved to read, especially about American History.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 51 years, Joan A. Mann (nee Robinson) and his sibling Elwood Adams.

He is survived by his children Lou Ann Mann (James Parker), Robert "Scott" Mann (Susan), Lynn Mann; His sisters Eleanor Garvey and Gwendolyn (Dee) Giambri; His brothers John Adams, Clinton Adams, and Joseph Adams; his grandson Christopher A. Mann. Relatives and friends are in vited to his viewing on Saturday June 5th 10:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. followed by his Quaker Style Service 12 noon at The D'Anjolell Barone Memorial Home 908 S. Providence Rd. Wallingford, PA 19086. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Garden City Fire Company for the Fire Prevention Program in his memory.

Bob was a good friend and always had a pleasant "Hello" and always asked about my girls, grandchildren, and family. He will be missed and remembered for his kindness and dedication. My deepest sympathy, thoughts and prayers.
